With over 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, I’ve worked across fast-paced startups and global organizations to build learning ecosystems from scratch. From designing role-specific onboarding journeys across continents to creating interactive training formats like comic books and flipbooks—I’ve done more than build programs; I’ve built learning cultures.
